社会文化框架下的外语教师专业发展探析

摘    要:在社会文化框架中,外语教师专业素质的发展建立在教师专业知识,教师经历,教师学习以及教师职业观和职业道德等因素的基础之上。本文探讨构成外语教师专业发展的各因素及其在社会文化框架下的内在联系,以期从中得到启示,进一步深化外语教学改革,使外语教学更好地服务于学生和社会。
