| 摘 要： | 随着生命科学和医学的发展,仅仅依靠课堂教学培养学生综合素质,效果是有限的,难以满足医学生实验技能和综合素质培养的需要。开展医学院校学生实验动物学创新性教学和第二课堂教学是医学高校创新教育的重要内容,也是培养医学生医学思维模式,提高学生综合素质和创新能力的重要途径。通过初步的探索教学,我们对开设创新性课堂与第二课堂的教师人才培养、教学方法和教学内容改革上有了自己的认识。

| Abstract: | With the development of life science and medicine, only relying on classroom teaching to develop students’ comprehensive quality, the effect is limited, it is difficult to meet the needs of experimental skills and comprehensive quality training of medical students. Development of medical college students’ experimental animal study innovative teaching and second class teaching is the important content of medical innovation education in colleges and universities, also to cultivate medical students’ medical thinking model, the important way to improve students’ comprehensive quality and innovative ability. Through the preliminary exploration of teaching, we have own understanding on teacher training, teaching methods and teaching content reform to offer innovative class and the second class. |
