摘    要:学生都是独立的个体,受生长环境和个人身心发展影响,学生的学习能力是存在一定区别的,从孔子到现在都在提倡因材施教,只有将学生作为独立的个体进行教学才能保证学生能够健康长远发展。在小学语文阅读教学中,需要培养学生的阅读理解能力与分析能力,还要激发学生学习语文的兴趣,让学生得到适合自己的教育方式,层次教学法的提出满足当前学生个性化发展的需要,因此,教师应该深入思考怎样更好地将层次教学法落实在小学阅读教学中。

Abstract:Students are independent individuals,affected by the growth environment and personal physical and mental development,there are certain differences in the learning ability of students.From Confucius to the present,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude has been advocated.Only by teaching students as independent individuals can students be healthy and long-term development of.In elementary school Chinese reading teaching,it is necessary to cultivate students’reading comprehension and analysis abilities,and also to stimulate students’interest in learning Chinese,so that students can get their own education methods,and the level of teaching method is proposed to meet the needs of current students’individual development Therefore,teachers should think deeply about how to better implement the level teaching method in primary school reading teaching.
