| 摘 要： | 社会转型期，人民内部矛盾出现了许多新的内容和新的表现形式，这影响到我国社会的安定团结和社会转型的顺利进行。因此，为了确保改革开放事业的蓬勃发展必须采取积极有效的措施来妥善解决人民内部矛盾。但要解决人民内部矛盾必须加强政治文明建设。这是因为：新时期人民内部矛盾在很大程度上是由于政治不文明所造成的，推行文明的政治可以有效地解决人民内部矛盾。要加强政治文明建设应做到三个方面：培育现代化的政治意识；建立科学化、合理化的政治行为模式；完善政治制度。

| Abstract: | During the society's transform at ion period, many new contents and forms of contradictions among people have appe ared which may threaten the stability, unity and transformation of society, so s ome effective measures should be taken to settle contradictions among people. S ettlin Contradictions among people must depend on political civilization constru ctions. It is because:One, contradictions among people are led by the unciviliza tion of politicality; Second, Implementing pocitical civilization may settle the contradictions among people effectly. There are three things to do on construct ions of political civilization:One, cultivating modern political consciousness; Second, establishing scientific and rational po litical behavior pattern; Third, perfecting political system. |
