| 摘 要： | 职称评审本是对高校教师教学和学术水平的公正评定,授予职称评级和相应的待遇。但近些年高校职称评审争议事件不断发生,可谓乱象丛生。高校教师职称评审之"乱"体现在评审主体、评审标准、评审程序以及评后缺乏申诉途径等方面。文章从高校职称评审的现状出发,审视其存在的问题,反思原因,最后给出对策思路。

| Abstract: | The title is a fair assessment of the teaching and assessment of academic universities,awarding the title of the corresponding rating. But in recent years the title of university accreditation controversial incidents continue to occur chaos.Accreditation of University Teachers ＂chaos＂are embodied in their assessment of the subject,the evaluation criteria,the lack of redress at the review process and assessment. This paper reviews the current situation of the Title Evaluation,examines its problems,reflects causes,and finally proposes some countermeasures. |
