| 摘 要： | 服务新农村建设既是地方理工院校义不容辞的社会责任,又是地方理工院校把握发展机遇、科学定位发展目标的明智之举,两者可形成良性互动、互利双赢。地方理工院校应努力做好自身教学科研工作,成为区域经济发展的坚强后盾;应积极主动参与新农村建设,送文化下乡,送科技下乡,送人才下乡;应大力发展面向农村、面向农民的成人教育,投身农村高等教育事业,从根本上提升新农村建设的文化基础和持久后劲;还应建立校地合作长效机制,切实做好服务新农村建设工作。

| Abstract: | Serving the New Rural Construction is not only the social incumbent responsibility of the local universities of science and technology,but also is the sensible conduct of the local universities of science and technology to grasp the opportunity and localize the aim of development.The two sides can form the good interaction and gain the mutual benefit.The local universities of science and technology should be the strong support of regional economy growth by working hard on the teaching and scientific research;should take part in the New Rural Construction actively,providing Culture,talents,science and technology to the Countries;should develop the adults education for the peasants,devote into the advanced education of the rural area,elevate the cultural foundation and steady and sustained development of the New Rural Construction.and also should establish a long-lasting cooperative system between the university and locality,serving the work of the New Rural Construction practically. |
