| 摘 要： | 我国政治体制改革是一项艰巨复杂的工程。选择适当的改革策略关乎政治体制改革乃至整个改革的成败。在推进我国政治体制改革的实际进程中，邓小平实施的政治体制改革方略包括三个方面：一是整体渐进与局部突进有机结合的总体战略；二是政治体制改革与经济体制改革有机结合的运行策略；三是理性设计与试验探索有机结合的操作方法。这三大策略方法平稳有效地推动了我国政治体制改革的进程。

| Abstract: | China＇s political reform is an extremely arduous and complex task, Whether we can choose appropriate tactics is a matter of significanee related to its success. In the process of China＇s poitical reform, DENG Xiao-ping, the previous leader of China, put forward three tactics to advance forward the political reform. First of all, to promote the whole political reform by gradual stages in combination with onrush at local area. Secondly, to carry out economic reform while advancing political reform.Thirdly, to design rationally and to explore through experimentation on the design. As a result, China＇s political reform was promoted steadily and effectively. |
