| 摘 要： | 在高校思想政治理论课程教学中实现“有效教学理念”,首先要从四个方面入手:1.紧扣思想政治理论教学目标与任务,把全面提高大学生的修养和能力作为教学效益的目标;2.针对学生思想实际和心理需求实现教学效益;3.采用相应的教学模式和方法实现教学效益,教学方法为教学效果服务;4.大力加强教师的教学效益意识。在思想政治理论课程教学实践中,教师在主张有效教学理念的同时,还要学会辩证地对待和保证思想政治教育的正确性和有效性;教学管理部门及相关研究人员要加强对高校思想政治理论课程教学效果评估问题的研究、探讨。

| Abstract: | In order to realize "effective teaching idea" in ideological and political theory teaching,we must start from four aspects: 1st,according to the theory of ideological and political goals and tasks,we must regard comprehensive improve of students' quality and capabilities as the target the effectiveness of teaching;2nd,the realization of teaching effectiveness should be based on students' ideological and psychological needs;3rd,we should realize teaching effectiveness by appropriate methods;4th,In teaching practice of ideological and political theory courses,teacher must dialectically deal with the ideological and political education to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness,and have effective teaching idea at the same time.Teaching management and related researchers must strengthen research and discussion on the teaching effect appraisal question in ideological and political theory courses of colleges and universities. |
