| 摘 要： | 目前，我国正致力于建设社会主义民主政治制度，但许多人仍有“清官情结”，将其所折射出岛民本主义思想与民主主义思想混淆。认清民本主义和民主主义的本质区别，借鉴以民主主义为特征的西方资产阶级政治制度中的合理因素，对我国社会主义民主政治制度建设有重大意义。

| Abstract: | Our country is applying herself to setting up the Democratic Political System of Socialism.However,many people have a incorruptible-official complex and confuse populism with democratism.It is of great meaning for the construction of the Democratic Political System of Socialism to recognize the essential difference between populism and democratism,by using the reasonable factors of the political system of western bourgeoisie. |
