摘    要:理解与对话是哲学解释学的中心话语,其理解现、视域融合、主体同性等思想为我们解读教师评价提供了新视角。以理解和对话为基础的教师评价,其价值由一元走向多元,评价双方由主-客对立走向主体间性,评价方法由实证走向人文,评价标准由预定走向生成,评价过程由静态走向动态,达到评价双方视域融合。

Abstract:Understanding and dialogue are the center issues of the philosophy hermen eutics.The thoughts of understanding,horizon-integration and inter-subject p rovide a new perspective to unscramble teach er evaluation.The teacher evaluati on based on understanding and dialogue has some new character-istics as follow s :the value of evaluation from monistic to pluralistic;the relation of both e valuative sides from sub ject-object opposability to inter-subject;the method s from positivism to humanism;the standard from prearrangement to productivity ;the process from static to dynamic and reaching horizon-integration.
