| 摘 要： | 1991年7月文部省修订《大学设置基准》以来，日本大学的发展进入了战后第三个改革时期。建立完善的大学评价制度是这一时期大学改革的主要内容之一。本文从讨论导入大学自我评价制度入手，通过具体分析大学自我评价的实施过程与专门评价机构的建立，概括了日本大学评价制度的基本特征。

| Abstract: | After revising the Standards for the Establishment of Universities by Ministry of Education,Science,Sports and Culture in July 1991,the development of Japanese universities have entered the third period of reform in postwar.In this period,one of the main tasks of the reform is to estabilsh the evaluation system of university.This paper analyzes process of carrying out self evaluation in universities,estabilshment of special agency in evaluation of university and main features of the evaluation system of university in Japan. |
