教师领导教育:当代美国教师教育新趋势

摘    要:美国教师领导教育是在20世纪80年代兴起的美国教师教育改革背景下产生,并在90年代后逐渐发展起来的。教师领导以权力重新分配为基础,把教师放在学生、同事、学校发展的核心地位,对教师领导者提出了诸多要求。教师领导教育体现了大学与学校合作培养、教师合作学习、学习和实践相结合等特点,为美国当代教师教育发展开辟了新的领域。

Abstract:Teacher leadership training came into being under the background of America's teacher education reform in the 1980s,and made grate progress in the 1990s.Teacher leadership bases on the redistribute of school powers,and it recognizes teachers as central to the students development,staff development and the process of school development,and puts forward to teacher leaders with some requirement.School-university collaboration,teachers collaboration studying,and the integration of studying and practicing are the main characteristics of teacher leadership training.The teacher leadership education has developed a new field for American teacher education.
