| 摘 要： | 在国家"积极发展公办园,大力扶持民办园"的政策引领下,隶属于公办园的企办幼儿园当下的生存状况理应成为学前教育研究领域关注的焦点问题之一。本研究运用问卷调查、集体和个别访谈、实地查看、查阅档案资料等方法,对西安市6所规模较大的企办园作了全面、深入的调研,发现现存企办园普遍面临发展的严峻困境,具体表现在权利与责任不对等、经费短缺、生存困难、教师待遇低、身份不明确、职业倦怠感强、教育教学质量没有保障等方面。导致这一困境的原因既有相关法律法规的缺失、政府与社会的不重视,也有企业的不投入、园所自身积极性不足等。为促进企办园的发展,应明确其办园主体、落实相关政策、强化企业责任意识、加强其师资建设。

| Abstract: | The situation and development of enterprise-owned kindergartens at present should be one of the focus problems in Chinese preschool education field.Through the questionnaire survey,and collective and individual interview,this article had done an overall and profound research on the six large enterprise-owned kindergartens in Xi’an city.The results showed that they are generally faced with severe dilemmas.Some solutions and countermeasures should be taken into account. |
