基于电火花线切割加工变频进给的研究

摘    要:电火花线切割加工中变频进给速度调得过快或过慢,都会造成加工不稳定,切割速度低,易断丝.而用矩形脉冲电源进行线切割加工时,不管工件材料、厚度、规准大小,只要调节变频进给旋钮,把加工电流调节到大约等于短路电流的70%~80%时,变频进给速度最合理,加工最稳定,切割速度最高.

Abstract:Too fast or too slow frequency conversion feeding in electric spark incision processing caused instable processing,low incision speed,frequent filament breakage.In incision processing with rectangular pulse power supply,in spite of work piece materials,thickness and guiding rules,frequency conversion feeding speed is most reasonable,processing is most stable and the speed is highest only adjusting the frequency conversion feeding button and making processing current be equal to 70%-80% of short circuit current.
