| 摘 要： | 现代排球运动越来越突显出速度快、强度大、对抗强的特点，许多关键场次的胜负，往往就在于最后时刻防守垫球效果的好坏，从而影响防反的成功率。通过对影响排球垫球效果的内源性因素和外源性因素进行系统分析，为广大排球教练员和运动员在今后的体育教学和训练提供一个可参考的框架。
