| 摘 要： | 企业流程再造BPR作为一种先进的管理理念在全球范围内正被企业所接受和实施,并作为企业信息化的基础.该文从实施BPR所依托的实施平台出发,通过分析传统的信息网络技术对BPR实施和发展的制约,提出了基于Intranet技术与应用的一种新型的BPR实施平台模式,为Internet时代的企业提出了一种可行的BPR实施方法.

| Abstract: | BPR has been accepted and implemented as an advanced management idea by more and more enterpri- ses worldwide.This paper gives one careful analysis about the situation that the traditional information and net- work technology restricts the implementation and development of BPR,and discusses the feasibility and effect that is used as the network panel of BPR implementation considering the application and technology characters of In- ternet.The result provides one simple and feasible way for the enterprise's BPR implementation in Internet era. |
