| 摘 要： | 本文通过对托达罗模型的简要介绍，进一步分析了托达罗模型在理论和实践方面的几个缺陷；该模型没有考虑到迁移者在城市的生活费用；没有考虑到为什么农村人口的增长率大大高于城市；没有考虑到第三产业对农村劳动力的大量需求；没有考虑到农村人口收入增加对城市经济增长的拉动作用；没有考虑到广大发展中国家存在大量剩余劳动力，通过对几个方面的分析，作者希望能够对我国的农村劳动力迁移，户籍制度改革和城市化建设提供某种参考价值。

| Abstract: | The paper further analyzed several defects of Todro Model in theory and practice by brief introduction to Todro Model.The Model did not consider the living cost of immigrants in cities,why the population growth rate in the countryside is higher than that in the city,the tertiary industry needs a great amount of countryside labor forces,countryside people's income rising can prompt the economic growth in the city,and did not consider there are lots of surplus labor forces in the countryside.According to the analysis of these aspects,the author hope to offer some reference values to our countryside labor immigrant,household registration system reform and citifying development. |
