| Abstract: | In the light of unhealthy current situation of capital structure's imbaiance among our state - owned enterprises, this paper analyses the reasons for the imbalance from two aspects: economy and system, moreover, this paper advances the ways to improve the capital structure of state - owned enterprises; to solve the past debt, to minimize the proportion of state - owned enterprises, to develop capital market, to improve the self-ability of state - owned enterprises, etc. |
