管理视野下教师评价的公平正义问题探讨

摘    要:公平正义是教育一直所追求的,教师作为教育中的主体,更需要公平正义促进教师的发展。教师评价的公平正义关系着教师的教学积极性和科研热情,关乎学校管理的合理有序。学校对教师的评价标准、评价制度等不公平因素制约着教师评价实现公平正义,所以需要寻求公平公正的教师评价制度与体系,注重伦理道德在管理中的价值,尊重、关怀、关爱教师,承认教师的权益和发展空间,建立"以人为本"的教师评价的价值体系,促进学校管理的有序发展。

Abstract:Fairness and justice have always been what education pursues.As the main part of education,teachers need equality and justice to promote their development.The fairness and justices in teacher evaluation is a matter related to their enthusiasm in teaching and passion for scientific research,and related to reasonable and orderly administration of the school.The unfair factors,such as in evaluation standard and system,restrict the teacher evaluation in the light of fairness and justice.So we need to seek fair and impartial evaluation system for teachers,pay attention to ethics with system in the administration area,build the "people-oriented" teacher evaluation value system,promote the orderly development of school management.
