| Abstract: | The status quo of women＇s labor rights and interests is presented. It is pointed out that women in China are unfairly treated in the following aspects： the right to work, labor protection, occupational health and occupational safety. The reasons why women＇s labor rights and interests are frequently violated are analyzed. The measures to guarantee women＇s labor rights and interests are put forward. |
