| Abstract: | Owing to the history task shouldered by the civilian-run colleges and universities of our country at present,the men of ability they cultivate mainly are the compound,open and innovation types.Therefore,it is necessary for them to set up the new idea of men of ability,pay attention to training the students with the ability for innovation,adaptation,re-organization,social contact,starting work and anti-frustration. |
