| 摘 要： | 职业生涯规划在高等教育大众化、大学生就业形势日益严峻的今天显得尤为迫切与重要。高校应以科学发展观为指导,构建大学生职业生涯规划指导组织体系,加强大学生职业生涯规划课程建设,建立相应的理论体系和实施方案,拓宽大学生职业生涯规划平台,加强大学生职业生涯规划咨询与测评体系建设,注重大学生职业生涯规划指导队伍建设,为大学生成人成才服务。

| Abstract: | Career planning has become particularly urgent and necessary in the present situation of higher education popularization and close competition in employment.Universities should take the following measures under the guid-ance of scientific development view: set up an organization for student career planning,reinforce the curriculum construction of student career planning,establish relevant theoretical system and implementation plans,expand the platform for student career planning,strengthen the construction of the counseling and assessment system of student career planning,and pay attention to the construction of the guiding team,providing services for the growth of stu-dents. |
