| 摘 要： | 加强高校教师职业道德建设不仅对学生成长,而且对全社会公民道德建设具有重要而独特的影响。为此,必须正确处理好教书与育人、律人与正己、自律与他律、道德教育与法纪教育、继承优良传统和弘扬时代精神等关系。如此,高校教师才能真正担当起教书育人的历史重任。

| Abstract: | Strengthening professional ethics of teachers in colleges and universities will not only have an important and unique effect on the students' growth, but also on the construction of the citizens' ethics in our society.To achieve this,we should properly deal with the relations between imparting knowledge and educating students,restraining others and rectifying ourselves,exercising discipline and practicing self-discipline,education in ethics and education in law and discipline,carrying forward fine tradition and developing spirit of the day.Thus university teachers will be up to the historic responsibilities of teaching and educating students. |
