| 摘 要： | 合并高校二级学院的党组织在党建工作中要增强大局意识，处理好与校党委的关系；增强协作意识，处理好与学院行政的关系；增强“班长”意识，处理好与班子成员的关系；增强表率意识，处理好律己与“律人”的关系，有效地发挥政治核心和保证监督作用，创新性地开展各项工作。

| Abstract: | In the work of the organization building of CPC (the Communist Party of China), the general CPC branches of subordinate colleges in merged universities are supposed to heighten consciousness of overall situation and deal properly with the relation with the Committee of CPC at the university level; to work in full cooperation and deal properly with the relation with the college administration; to play a leading role and deal properly with the relation with members in the branches; to play the exemplary role and deal properly with the relation between self discipline and disciplining others; to give full play to political centre and assure the supervision function; to promote all work with creativeness. |
