| 摘 要： | 校训是学校为了发挥社会功能和完成价值使命而制定的行动指南。在实践上,它主要起导向和激励功能。校训的导向功能主要包括理想信念导向功能、培养目标导向功能和行为准则导向功能。各高校在践行校训的过程中,要领悟校训内涵的精髓,充分发挥校训应有的导向功能,使大学校训真正具有强大的号召力、凝聚力和向心力,成为师生的行动指南。

| Abstract: | School mottos are action guidance set up by the school for fulfilling social functions and accomplishing value missions.In practice,the motto mainly plays its guiding and inspiring function.The guiding function of mottos mainly includes guidance in ideals and beliefs,cultivation objectives and behavior maxims.In the process of fulfilling the motto,the university members should comprehend its connotative essences and bring into full play its guiding function,so as to make the school motto action guidance for staff and students. |
