| 摘 要： | 党的十六大报告明确提出,解决"三农"问题必须统筹城乡社会经济发展、繁荣农村经济、加快城镇化进程。因此,可以说农村的城镇化与农业的现代化、农民全面实现小康是同一个历史过程,必须城乡统筹考虑,两个题目一起解。同时,城镇化也是现化文明向农村传播的重要传导机制。推进城镇化,用城市文明影响农村文明、改造农村文明、带动农村文明,是促进农村社会进步,提高农民素质的必由之路。

The Exploration of Some Relevant Problem About Town's Building Road in Honghe State--Come from the Town Building of Xin'ansuo in Mengzi |

| Abstract: | The 16 sessions national representative meeting of the Communist Party of China put forward clearly that we must plan socioeconomic development as a whole, prosper rural economy and accelerate the modernization process of town in order to resolve the three problem on peasant. Therefore, that is to say, the countryside and agricultural modernization ,as well as the peasant fully realize the comfortable life, which is the same historic course. we have to consider all factors and solve the two titles together. Meanwhile , it is an important conduct mechanism that the modern civilization spread into countryside. Pushing town's modernization, affecting and transforming rural civilization with city civilization, driving rural civilization is the only way that promotes rural social advancement and raises the peasant quality. |
