| 摘 要： | 目的研究剑川乌头中的二萜生物碱.方法用硅胶柱层析进行分离,用有机波谱学的方法进行结构鉴定.结果分离鉴定了2个二萜生物碱:3-去氧-8-去乙酰滇乌碱(3-deoxy-8-deacetyl-yunaconitine)和acoforesticine.结论这两个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the alkaloids from Aconitum handelianum.Methods Compounds were isolated by silica column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by spectral methods.Results Two diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated and identified as 3-deoxy-8-deacetyl-yunaconitine(Ⅰ),acoforesticine(Ⅱ), Conclusion Two compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. |
