培养元认知能力的哲学思考及教学实践

摘    要:元认知是智力中很关键的因素,智力水平的高低很大程度上依赖于元认知水平的高低。元认知是学生学会如何学习的理论基础和有效途径。提高学生学习能力需要研究学习的元认知和监控学习过程的问题。提高元认知能力可以开发智力,挖掘智能潜力。教师要培养学生的元认知能力,自己必须有较高的元认知能力。要开发教学和学生各种功能,如定向功能、助动功能、选式功能、反馈功能,在实践中培养学生的元认知能力。学生的智力是先天赋予的,却需要教师后天不断地开发。如果我们在教学中懂得培养学生的元认知能力,学生不但会学习,而且会自我监控,自我约束,就会成为智商和情商共同发展的人。

Abstract:Metacognition is a very important factor in one's intelligence. The intellectual levels mostly depend on the metacognition levels. Metacognition is the theory basis and an effictive approach which tell the learners how to study. In fact, the problem of improving the learning ability is just the one to know the metacognition well and inspect the learning process. We can develop the one's intelligence and tap the latent power through improving the ability of metacognition. Teachers should own better abilities of metacognition if they want to develop learner's abilities, meanwhile, they also need to develop all kinds of functions, such as directional function、auxiliary function、 selected function and feedback function, developing the learner's metacognitive ability in practice.So we should know the developing of metaconitive ability very well while teaching, learners can not only study well but also inspect them restraint themselves.We can enable the studests to develop their IQ and EQ.
