| 摘 要： | 随着我国老龄化社会的到来和加速发展,空巢家庭的数目也持续上升,由此也给全社会带来了一系列复杂的问题。要解决这些问题需要国家、社区、家庭和个人等多方面的共同努力,但是在法律上我们首先应该强化子女为父母的赡养义务,其次要为子女履行赡养义务创造良好条件.
