| 摘 要： | 加强职业能力教育是社会对高等职业教育的迫切要求,突出职业能力培养是高等职业教育的本质特征。对职业能力及其结构的理解是创新和完善能力本位教学模式的关键。专业能力与非专业能力是职业能力的基本构成,二者相辅相成,在职业能力的培养过程中都十分重要。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the vocational ability education is the urgent requirments of the advanced vocational education.Emphasizing the vocational ability cultivation is the natural features of the advanced vocational education.To understand the vocational ability and its structure is the key point of innovating and improving the skills-oriented teaching patterns.Professional ability and the nonprofessional ability are the basic consistences of the vocational ability,which are connected together,and are quite important in the process of cultivating the vocational ability. |
