| 摘 要： | 电子文件是以数字设备为生成工具 ,以计算机网络为传递媒介 ,以磁带、磁盘、光盘等为储存载体的新型文件 ,具有传统的纸质文件无法比拟的独特功能。高校作为科学发展的前沿领域 ,电子文件的产生与应用极为广泛 ,因而高校电子文件档案的管理应尽快予以规范 ,使电子文件更好地服务于高校的教学、科研及各项管理工作

| Abstract: | The electronic file is a new type of files,which is formed on the bas e of taking digital equipments as a tool,computer internet as a communicatim me dium and magnetic tapes and discs as storing carriers,and it has a kind of special function.As forward fields of the development of science and technology,the advanced colleges widely use the electronic files. Therefore,the management of electronic files in colleges should be standard as soon as possible so that it can serve much better for the teaching,scientific researching and other manage ments of colleges. |
