| 摘 要： | 农村改革举措甚多,但从我国农村经济发展历程及国外农业发展的经验来看,农村改革应以调节产权关系、建立科学的产权制度为核心,使农民与土地之间形成有效的权责利关系,才能合理酡置资源,推进农业发展,促进农村的繁荣。

| Abstract: | There are lots of measures of the rural reform. But according to the process of the rural economic derelopmnt at home and the experience of the agricultural derelipment abroad,the rural reform should focus on regulating the property right relationships,setting up scientific property right system , so that there will be an efficient relationship among right,responsibility and benefit between the fanners and the land.Only in this way,we can arrange the resources reasonably,promote the agricultural development, and impel the rural flourishment. |
