| 摘 要： | 馆员素质发展的滞后已经成为贵州图书馆网络化、数字化进程中一个重要的“瓶颈”制约。贵州图书馆当前主要存在馆员素质偏低、服务理念陈旧以及人才引进困难等问题，应当直面馆员素质低下的实情，创新管理机制，大力开发现有人员潜质，合理引进和使用人才。
