| 摘 要： | 21世纪是以网络技术的普及为主要特征的信息时代，社会的信息化推动着高校学报编辑工作方式由传统向现代的转变。为此，学报编辑必须审时度势，从“提高学报质量，树立学报品牌”的主旨出发，不断提高自身的政治素质，以及坚守职业情操，丰富社科素养，树立创新思维，增强现代意识和强化法律知识，积极推动高校学报的新发展。
