| Abstract: | This paper discusses in brief the quality education and educational conviction in the era of knowledge economy. The rising of knowledge economy brings forward a new and higher requirement for personnel training. It will give rise to a reform of educational concept, educational conviction and lead to changes in what to teach and how to teach. The present paper claims that the educational conviction is the necessary requirement in cultivating teachers' moralities. |
