| 摘 要： | 山东抗日民主政权社会保障政策主要集中于优抚、救济和福利方面，并形成了突出优抚、强调“政府、社会与群众”多主体保障和寓社会保障于战时社会经济政策之中的特点。山东抗日民主政权的社会保障政策是战时抗战政策的组成部分，它的制定和实施对于提高和改善根据地人民的生活，维护抗日统一战线，巩固和发展山东抗日民主政权，发挥了极其重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The social security policy of Shandong Resistance Against Japan democratic authority mainly focuses on special care to family members of revolutionary martyrs and servicemen, relief and welfare, and formed characteristics of giving prominence to veterans＇ special treatment, emphasizing multi-subjects of＂ government, society and people＂ and putting social security in wartime social economic policy. The policy of so- cial security is one of the components of War of Resistance Against Japan policy, and its constitution and implement play an important role in improving people＇ s life, maintaining the Resistance Against Japan united front, consolidating and developing of Shandong Resistance Against Japan democratic authority. |
