| 摘 要： | 中国处在经济社会的转型加速发展期,突发事件频频发生,关乎社会发展与稳定。自媒体时代能否成功处置突发事件的重要方面就是如何运用媒体引导舆论。突发事件的舆论引导需要辩证思维与哲学智慧。从哲学质与量的角度认知舆论的基本属性,从几对辨证关系来分析舆论引导的特殊性。哲学思维不仅能深刻把握舆论的本质,还能深入挖掘舆论产生的时代背景,从而更好地从技术层面理性引导舆论。

| Abstract: | In the accelerated economic development and social transformation period, unexpected events occur frequently which affect social development and stability. Since media era, the important aspect of successfully handling emergencies is how to use the media to guide public opinion. Guidance of public opinion in emergencies requires dialectical thinking and philosophical wisdom. The basic features of public opinion can be understood from the perspective of quality and quantity in philosophy, the specialty of pubil opinion guidance can be analyzed from several pairs of dialectical elements. Philosophical wisdom can not only be helpful to grasp the nature of public opinion, but also dig deeply into the historical background, thus better guide the public opinion rationally. |
