| 摘 要： | 运用SBM方向距离函数和Luenberger生产率指标测算了2008－2012年环境视角下区域中小企业能源无效率变动、全要素能源效率指数增长及其分解。研究结果表明：我国东部地区能源效率较高；而中西部地区效率低下，中西部效率低下的主要原因在于能源投入较多和污染排放较大；全要素能源效率总体上保持增长趋势，分解情况显示，规模效率变动在全要素能源效率增长中起主要作用。

Empirical Research of Energy-saving and Emission Reduction Efficiency in Regional Small and Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises Based on Environmental Perspective |

| Abstract: | SBM directional distance function and Luenberger productivity indicator are applied to measure the inefficiency change ,total factor energy saving and emission reduction efficiency indicator grow th and its components of small and medium sized industrial enterprises in China from 2008 to 2012 .The main conclu‐sions are:the energy saving and emission reduction efficiency is higher in the eastern regions ;w hile it is lower in the central and western regions ,the main reason of lower efficiency is more energy inputs and larger pollution emissions ;total factor efficiency of energy saving and emission reduction maintains the overall growing trend ,its components show that the scale efficiency plays the main role in the grow th of total factor efficiency . |
