| 摘 要： | 校本培训是促进教师职业发展的重要途径之一。针对西部欠发达地区高校外语教师进修资源极其短缺的现状,整合校内资源、完善教师个体的自主培训、分层次学校模式和多元化院系模式的校本培训体系,是结合学校实际情况可行的教师教育形式,有利于实现外语教师的持续性成长。
