摘    要:基于社会建构主义理论,探讨了高校外语教师专业化的内涵,提出高校外语教师专业化是个社会化的系统工程,高校外语教师个体专业化和职业化可促进其进程。

Abstract:Based on social constructivism theory,this paper probes into the connotation of the specialization of foreign language teachers in universities,puts forward that the specialization of foreign language teachers in universities is a systematic engineering,the individual specialization and professionalism of foreign language teachers in universities can promote the process.
