| 摘 要： | 当今篮球的发展趋势是高、快、全、准、变，而且对个人进攻技术要求越来越高。持球突破技术是个人进攻中的关键技术之一，它可以充分体现队员的价值。持球突破技术是持球队员在训练和比赛中利用快速突破的脚步动作和熟练的运球技术，来超越防守者的篮球进攻技术之一。此技术要求突破进攻者要有强烈的进攻欲望和意识，要果断地做出时机的判断和位置的选择，根据不同的位置、空间、时间注意防守者的防守状态，随机应变进行突破。在篮球比赛中，要把这些技术充分发挥出来，就必须具备良好的身体素质和个人技术，而且还要减少失误率。因为只有这样才能保证动作的成功率，直至胜出对手赢得比赛的胜利。

| Abstract: | Modern basketball movement tends to high speed,all-round accurate and variable.Personal technique is one of the most critical techniques in offence.It reflects a player's value.The technique of holding a ball and making a break is that a player uses his move to surpass his defender.It's necessary for the breaker to judge the opportunity and select the position.He must pay attention to the defender's situation according to different position,time and make a correct break.To finish all of those,he must have good physi- cal condition,personal technique and avoid error.Only if he does like those,can he ensure the movement's quality and win the match. |
