| 摘 要： | 当前,大学生各种压力增大,从而引发了更多的心理问题。各高校也越来越关注大学生的心理健康问题,纷纷采取了行之有效的措施解决大学生的心理问题,维护大学生的心理健康。本文结合大学生心理健康现状,分析了影响大学生心理健康的诸多因素,并提出了维护大学生心理健康的一些对策。
