| 摘 要： | 当前制造业对物流岗位人员的职责，不仅要求高职物流管理专业学生应具备英语、计算机、ERP系统的知识，而且也应该对关键专业课程有很好的掌握。而学校应该根据市场，确定好培养目标，配置好专业课程，并结合教学实践仿真模拟企业运作，锤炼高水平物流职业技能，培养出具有竞争力的物流管理专业学生。

| Abstract: | According to the manufacturing logistics responsibilities and demands, logistics students in vocational colleges should have a good command of critical professional courses as well as being equipped with English, computer and ERP system knowledge. To foster competitive logistics management students, colleges should appropriately define the educational purposes, arrange professional courses and simulate business operations in combination with teaching practice so as to train highly-skilled logistics talents. |
