课堂有效教学因素之分析

摘    要:文章提出“有效教学”的界定和标准;列举“低效教学”的十种表现;分析课堂实现有效教学的十种因素:用好教材资源、了解学生情况、设计适切目标、改变学习方式、优化“讲练”策略、引导帮助学生、教与学的和谐、缩小个体差异、善处动态生成、坚持教学反思;最后给出实现有效教学的若干因素之间联系的模型。

Abstract:The author presents the definition and standard of Effective Teaching, while enumerating 10 conducts of Ineffective Teaching. He deeply analyses the circumstance and puts forward 10 factors of fulfilling Effective Teaching in class, i.e. taking great advantage of textbooks, getting well known of students, designing proper teaching aims, changing the methods of learning, improving strategies of instruction and practice, guiding help students, conceiving harmony of teaching and learning, reducing the individual differences, dealing with dynamic building, and insisting on teaching reflection. At the end of this paper, the author presents some modules of the relationship among the factors of fulfilling Effective Teaching in class.
