| 摘 要： | 教师工作胜任特征是指在教师教学工作岗位上，作为学生知识、能力、技能及心智建构的合格引导者，所应该具备的任何可以客观评价的个人特点的集合，包括知识、能力、技能、动机等内容。初步提出并建构了我国教师工作胜任特征模型，该模型包括8个因素：业务知识、认知能力、教学监控能力、职业动机、职业管理、沟通合作、学生观、为人师表，并与新课程改革教师的评价标准进行了比较。
