| 摘 要： | 中小企业由于自身条件的限制,面对激烈的市场竞争,在企业自主创新过程中面临诸多困境。行业协会作为行业利益的代表者,在政府与市场主体之间起到沟通的作用。行业协会可以利用市场信息,行使职权,帮助中小企业解决困难,从而提高中小企业自主创新的能力。针对行业协会面临的困境进行立法完善,以保障其功能的发挥。

| Abstract: | The small and medium-sized enterprises may encounter many obstacles in the process of independent innovation in a competitive market because of their own drawbacks.As a representative of the trade interests,the trade association plays a vital role in dealing with the relations between the government intervention and the market itself.Combining the analysis of the available market data with its administration of the market,the trade association can help the small and medium-sized enterprises conquer the dilemma and promote their competitiveness in the progress of independent innovation.Besides,it is necessary to consummate the present laws and regulations to help the trade association get out of its difficulties and guarantee its functions. |
