| 摘 要： | 西部大开发是我国跨世纪发展的一项战略决策.经济发展是实现西部大开发的根本,而西部经济的发展需要良好的生态环境作保障.文章论述了我国西部地区生态环境建设的必要性,论证了西部地区经济发展与生态环境建设的关系,指出了西部地区生态环境建设中应该注意的几个主要问题.
