| 摘 要： | 由于社会的发展,人们对健康的要求更加迫切。目前我国采用的《学生体育合格标准》,从评价方向和内容上已不适应现代学生的客观实际。因此,教育部、国家体育总局于2002年7月25日颁布了《学生体质健康标准》(试行方案及实施办法),取代了《学生体育合格标准》。我省从2003年9月1日起,对新入学的学生执行新标准。《学生体质健康标准》能够促进学生身体的正常生长和发育、形态机能的全面协调发展、身体健康素质的全面提高和激励学生主动、自觉地参加经常性的体育锻炼,有利于把学生培养成为德、智、体、美全面发展的高素质人才。

| Abstract: | With the development of society, people's requirement of health become more eager. The content and the appraisal direction of "the Students' Physical Qualified Standard"adopted by our country at present have been unsuitable for objective reality of the modern students. So the Education Department and the General Bureau of National Sports issued"the students Physical Health'Trial plan'"and "the Method of Implementation" on July25th,2002. It replaces"the Students' Physical Qualified Standard". Our province has decided that the new students who enter school after Sep 1st,2003 would carry out the new standard. "The Students' Physical Qualified standard"can promote the students' bodies normal growing and development,develop the shape and the function comprehensively and frequently. It is beneficial to train students in an all-round way-morally ,intelllectu-ally and physically. |
