| Abstract: | The appointment system of teaching posts is one of the personnel system reforms in higher education,which aims to get a reasonable allocation of human resources and to optimize the personnel structure.This paper will first expound the connotation of the appointment system of teaching posts,then suggest several crucial tasks in the realization of the system,and finally discuss the significance of the system to the promotion of the personnel reform in higher education. |
