| 摘 要： | 在“十一五”期间，湖州市新农村建设在科技创新、产业发展、村镇规划建设、基础设施建设、生态环境建设等方面培养了大批“三农”人才，创建了新农村建设的“湖州模式”。这为贯彻落实中共中央国务院《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》“以用为本”的精神打下了扎实的基础。作为目前参与湖州“美丽乡村”建设活动的新农民——农村领军人才，必须学习现代科学知识，围绕湖州农业主导产业发展方向，将自己培养成“专业农民”，让技术变成看得见、摸得着的产业，以增强农业产业化组织的带动能力，发挥专业合作社对广大农户的影响力和带动力。
